Merry Christmas!

And happy 2010! Weymouth Baby has really taken a hit this holiday season due to chronic computer issues that even Uncle David couldn't fix. I am currently sitting in the dark, scary basement using our old computer all in the name of keeping Theo's public informed about Baby's First Christmas.

Christmas Eve was spent at 40 Huntington with a star-studded cast in attendance: Grammy, Nana B and Grandpa B, Uncle David and Auntie Donna, Auntie Tara and Uncle Tony, Auntie Kate, Great Uncle Skippy and Great Auntie Terry, Cousin Amy and Eric. It really was an Extravaganza, as advertised. Catering by Bella's (and Uncle David) and a surprise visit by Santa!

Christmas Day was over to Grammy's where we enjoyed a dinner in Grammy's new house. Presents for Theo were in abundance -- people gave and gave generously. A Radio Flyer wagon, a new rocking chair, clothes and books in mass quantities. Theo's cup runneth over.

New Year's Eve was a little more low-key -- 2009 slipped away while Theo was sleeping but we brought 2010 in with a bang -- a New Year's Day hike with Auntie Kate at Blue Hills. Theo rested contently in his new Ergo Baby Carrier while we strolled around the lake and enjoyed hot chocolate and soup when we finished.

Now here we are into January 2010 already, Theo's final month as an official infant. It's been a wild 11 months, Theodore. And, as Mama Steph says, "our life together has just begun." Looking forward to another year together.
