Snuggies.

Just something I don't want to forget -- Theo has developed a new nighttime ritual, aptly named "snuggies." During snuggies, we rest together on a large pillow immediately preceding crib time, cuddling together, some times with Baby and Doggy, some times just Mommy and Theo.

Once I stopped nursing, Theo became a very hands-off, autonomous baby so this new "snuggies" time is a rare treat. The only down side is that when crib time eventually comes, which it always does because falling asleep on a pillow with a toddler does not seem safe, he puts a death grip on me and refuses to let go. A temporary case of the mommies which I am enjoying for the most part.
